those who have been here for
years.
But no more.

And I am making room for something
new.
Making room for new opportunities,
chances of vulnerability I have not given
myself for too long.
But no longer.
Because today, I am cutting ties.
I am stepping on to a new path
I have promised myself.
And I am beginning to see the light
again.
