How Do I Think?

I was told,
"We should be taught how to think,
not what to think."

To be self-reliant. Not to wait for someone else to show you
everything.

And I find myself doing exactly that.
Waiting for someone else to show me how to do everything instead of letting
me discover my own way of doing it.
I am dependent.
I am incapable of functioning without another human.
